Ecosystem Tiers

Designiamo Core Engine is a multi‑modal creative intelligence built on Google’s AI stack and extended for the full spectrum of art and design. It ingests real creative work—images, text, flows, sound, and structure—from architects, fashion designers, product designers, digital artists, interaction designers, museum curators, and more.

On top of Vertex AI, BigQuery, and vector search, we add our own creative graph, role‑aware agents, and project memory, turning general‑purpose AI into a purpose‑built engine that can match teams, co‑develop concepts, and nudge decisions toward better aesthetics, better experiences, and lower climate impact.

What makes Designiamo uniquely investable is its neural‑network‑led portfolio intelligence: users discover talent through highly specific prompts and instantly map structural alignment. Google builds the models; Designiamo turns them into a creative operating system for the global design economy.

Leadership

H. Aaron Ekinolu - Founder

H. Aaron Ekinolu, PhD, is a highly skilled urban designer with nearly two decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning architecture, landscape architecture, and city planning. His expertise bridges planning and design strategy, public‑sector leadership, and forward‑looking research on the future of creativity in the age of generative AI. Ekinolu co‑directed Istanbul’s successful bid for the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, securing the city’s permanent “City of Design” designation with full endorsement from the global network. His academic contributions include a 2020 published paper examining how generative AI is reshaping architectural design and creative practice. Across his career, he has remained committed to advancing more connected, equitable, and creatively empowered cities through integrated urban landscapes and design‑driven innovation.

Carol Du - Tech Advisor

A multidisciplinary instructional designer with deep roots in human–computer interaction, UI systems, and generative + agentic AI, Carol specialized in shaping learning and creative experiences where humans and intelligent systems co‑create. Carol had her instructional designer degree from Columbia University's Teachers College. With a background that bridges interaction design, cognitive learning theory, and AI‑driven workflow design, she builds environments where complex information becomes intuitive, adaptive, and beautifully structured. Her work spans digital products, creative tools, and next‑generation educational platforms—crafting interfaces that learn from users, anticipate needs, and elevate human creativity. As both a designer and an AI strategist, Carol translates emerging technologies into meaningful, human–centered experiences that empower artists, designers, and organizations to work smarter and imagine more.

Core Blueprint Intelligence

What makes Designiamo uniquely investable is its neural‑network‑led portfolio intelligence: artists, designers, brands, and institutions can discover talent through highly specific prompts—“architects working with porous brick and light,” “fashion designers exploring circular denim,” “sound designers for contemplative museum spaces”—and instantly see the right portfolios. Designiamo is the AI‑powered global marketplace for artists and designers, where discovery, matching, and collaboration are not a feature but a core skill of the engine itself. In short: Google builds the models; Designiamo turns them into a creative operating system for the global design economy.

Legal Framework

Terms of Service

1. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Designiamo operates strictly as a decentralized multi-modal creative intelligence infrastructure and discovery vector. All commercial, financial, contractual, and monetary relationships formed between users—including but not limited to Creative Professionals, Design Studios, Brands, and Institutions—are entered into strictly at the parties' own volition, discretion, and sole liability. Designiamo provides no warranty, explicit or implied, regarding the competence, financial solvency, delivery capacity, or integrity of any matched user. Designiamo does not act as an escrow agent, intermediary, or guarantor. Under no circumstances shall Designiamo, its founders, or affiliates be held responsible for financial losses, breached agreements, project failures, or transactional disputes arising from platform matchings, neural prompts, or systemic discovery outputs.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Workspace

By anchoring a creative portfolio, dossier, or project history within Designiamo, the user grants the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to digest, vectorize, parse, and process the uploaded assets (images, textual copy, flows, spatial geometry, and sound) specifically for training localized algorithmic matching filters and creative graphs. This system ingestion does not transfer ownership. The creative copyright of all original designs, models, and concepts remains strictly with the original creator or holding entity. Generative concept nudges, cross-disciplinary structural suggestions, and predictive aesthetic alignments provided by the Core Engine are diagnostic toolkits designed to augment human intuition; they do not carry proprietary claims from Designiamo.

3. Account Tiers, Access Validation & Compliance

Access to the "Student Space Hub" free tier is contingent upon the submission and successful technical verification of an official Student Verification Letter or academic dossier. Designiamo retains the absolute right to downgrade, suspend, or terminate access if documentation is found to be falsified, expired, or non-compliant. Organizational integrity tiers must maintain valid authorization letters matching their official commercial registries. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the algorithmic vector layers, querying Vertex AI/BigQuery configurations via unauthorized API injections, or scraping portfolio datasets for external AI model compilation.

Usage & Verification Constraints: Paid memberships are reserved strictly for single-person or single-entity usage. This right cannot be transferred, sold, or donated to anyone other than the original owner. Comprehensive log-in credential verification is mandatory and required at each unique system initialization layer.

4. Multi-Modal Algorithmic Platforms

Designiamo retains the authority to modify, restrict, or deactivate any account or digital workspace that triggers neural safety filters, violates copyright provisions, or exhibits malicious transactional behavior. As an AI-powered global marketplace bridging cross-border teams across alternating legal jurisdictions (e.g., Berlin, Seoul, Lagos, Istanbul, São Paulo), users acknowledge that ultimate compliance with local taxation, labor regulations, export compliance, and environmental protocols rests exclusively on the transacting entities.
